Enlit Europe is one of the continent’s leading energy-transition events. It brings together utilities, network operators, technology providers and policy-makers committed to building a decarbonised and digitalised energy system. Each year the event attracts more than 15,000 professionals, giving delegates the chance to connect with representatives from across the entire energy value chain.
This year’s event takes place from 10 to 12 November 2026 at the VIECON in Vienna. Delegates are invited to visit the Advanced Infrastructure team at its exhibition stand in the Innovators Zone, where the team will be giving live demonstrations of the award-winning Local Area Energy Planner Plus (LAEP+) platform. The team will be on hand throughout all three days to discuss how LAEP+ can support planning and investment decisions within your organisation.
LAEP+ is a geospatial digital-twin and scenario-modelling platform. It allows utilities and their customers to plan new connections and develop energy plans built on detailed network and building-stock data. By bringing these datasets together in one place, LAEP+ helps network operators and local authorities make evidenced decisions about where and when to invest.
As of 2026, LAEP+ has been used to model 29 million buildings across more than 280 municipalities. It is also used by five of the six UK distribution network operators to forecast future load and strengthen strategic network planning.
