2024 Forbes 30 under 30. As CTO, Suhas is responsible for designing data ingest and DevOps pipelines for Advanced Infrastructure's tools and products. Within his role, Suhas spearheaded the development of LAEP+ and orchestrated the platform's serverless architecture on AWS.

Supporting customers to ensure comprehensive product usage of LAEP+ to achieve net-zero targets via onboarding workshops, training sessions, and service desk support. Maintaining external support materials and analysing customer engagement and feedback to inform product development.
Senior Backend Engineer
Working within the tech team, Yogesh's focus is developing robust and scalable solutions, leveraging expertise in GIS and ML to optimise energy solutions. He is committed to enhancing project efficiency and performance through innovative technological approaches that support the company's products and software.
Head of Marketing
Developing and overseeing strategic and tactical marketing strategy to evolve Advanced Infrastructure’s exposure across key markets of Energy, Local and Central Government, and Low Carbon Technologies. Working closely with the product and commercial team to create partner relationships and drive brand visibility.
Building Physicist
As part of a KTP between De Montfort University and Advanced Infrastructure, Javier is responsible for developing data-based energy models for domestic and non-domestic buildings in the UK to develop city-level digital twins in the domains of power, heat, and transport.
Senior Frontend Developer
Anil is responsible for creating smooth, user-friendly interfaces and improving overall user experience in AITL software. Working closely with backend development and design teams, Anil enhances project efficiency and user satisfaction ensuring a seamless frontend experience.
Product Owner
As product owner, Claire drives product development whilst maximising customer value. After winning the Microvision Prize for her GIS Master's Dissertation, Claire has worked with utilities, national mapping agencies, and transport network modellers to enhance spatial and network data investments.
Head of Data
As Head of Data Seungbong is responsible for architecting data pipelines, developing data methodologies, improving existing data workflows, and managing the data team. Seungbong leverages his expertise in coding, GIS, and data management to drive environmental initiatives.
Energy System Modeler
Pardis is responsible for applying data engineering and data science to electricity sector challenges. Working with large electricity network datasets, Pardis prepares data for building a digital twin of the electricity network, representing the UK energy system down to the household level.
Senior Software Engineer
Managing the front-end team and playing a crucial role in the development of the company’s GIS products, Sam oversees the front-end architecture and design, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
Product Specialist
As Product Specialist, Gabriel is responsible for conducting user research and gathering requirements through consortium-based energy projects in an agile environment. Tracking user activity and monitoring feedback Gabriel drives further development and optimises Advanced Infrastructure's products and tools.
Project Manager
Lilia manages communication with clients and supporting sprint planning, ensuring clear communication of scope, project plans and timescales. She is also responsible for managing and maintaining Jira Service Desk as well as ensuring processes are defined in consultation with the development teams.
Machine Learning Engineer
Raj is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying sustainable ML models, focusing on the GIS and electricity domains. He designs and executes data pipeline architectures, creating scalable solutions to meet the company's growing data demands, with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
Lead DevOps Engineer
Nikhil oversees the design and implementation of DevOps pipelines and deployment strategies to optimise release management. He architects robust CI/CD code lifecycles, enforces best practices, manages incident response, and secures cloud resources, driving operational excellence and aligning IT with organizational goals.
Customer Success Analyst
Danielle is responsible for delivering LAEP+ workshops, training, and personalised support for users of the platform. She maintains the extensive LAEP+ knowledgebase, creating detailed articles and video tutorials, equipping customers with the ability to fully utilise the expanding features, helping them achieve their net-zero ambitions.
Backend Data Engineer
As a backend data engineer Aashvi specialises in managing complicated geospatial datasets, developing APIs, and designing ETL pipelines for efficient data ingestion. She thrives on designing and implementing optimal solutions that protect data integrity, improve performance, and stimulate innovation, thereby contributing to the overall success of projects.
